대한민국 PlusToken 사용자들은 PlusToken 출금정지사태 해결을 위해 대한민국 PlusToken 사용자연합(이하 사용자연합)을 결성하였으며, 이에 PlusToken Platform(본사) 및 한국 내 관리자에게 아래와 같이 요구한다.

1. PlusToken Platform(본사)은

사용자연합과 긴밀히 소통할 것을 요구하며, 출금정지사태의 이유, 출금정지 장기화에 따른 문제점 해결방안, 정확한 오픈 일정 등을 공식적으로 공지해 줄 것을 촉구한다.

2. PlusToken Platform(본사)은
사용자들이 금전적, 정신적인 극심한 고통으로 인해 스스로 생명을 끊는 일이 발생하고 있는바 사안의 중차대함을 심각히 받아들이고 즉시 PlusToken 정상화 및 유저들의 위탁 자산 회수를 요구한다.

3. 사용자연합은
앞으로 한국 내 플러스토큰 유저들 중 일반 유저와 관리자의 구분을 명확히 하고, PlusToken이 조속히 오픈 되지 않을 시 관리자는 대한민국 관계법령에 따라 엄격한 법적 처벌의 대상이 됨을 경고한다.
처벌 대상 중 유저의 권익 및 자산 확보를 위해 적극 협조한자는 처벌 대상에서 제외 될 것임을 천명한다.
- 일반유저: 1 Star, 2 Star
- 관리자: 3 Star ~ 5 Star

4. 사용자 연합은
비상대책위원회를 설립하여 이미 진행된 고소사건 및 탄원서를 취합하고 대한민국 사법부(검찰)의 엄중한 조사를 받을 수 있도록 신속히 진행 할 것이며, 자산의 안정적인 확보 또한 만전을 기할 것이다.

5. 사용자연합은
이 시간 이후 유명무실한 코리아커뮤니티의 대표성을 인정하지 않을 것이며, 대한민국 PlusToken 사용자연합이 대한민국 내 유일한 유저들의 대표기구임을 공표한다.
따라서 PlusToken Platform(본사)은 사용자연합과의 즉각적인 소통을 촉구하는 바이다.

6. 사용자연합은
불분명한 정보들로 인한 혼란을 방지하고 정확한 현실 파악 및 대처를 위해 대한민국 대표사업자와의 즉각적인 면담을 요구한다.

7. 사용자연합은
PlusToken Platform(본사)이 PlusToken의 정상적인 오픈을 위해 노력해왔기를 진심으로 바라며, 금전적, 정신적으로 고통 받고 있는 유저들에게 지난 4개월간 입장발표 한번 없이 기다리게 한 타당한 이유에 대한 설명과 재오픈의 확정 날짜를 제시해서 공식적으로 발표할 것을 아래의 사용자연합 구성원들은 한 목소리로 강력하게 요구한다.

- Korea PlusToken User Statement -

To resolve the suspension of PlusToken withdrawals, Korean PlusToken users have formed the Korea PlusToken User's Union (User's Union), which requires the PlusToken Platform (head office) and managers in Korea as follows:

1. PlusToken Platform (head office)

It calls for close communication with the User Alliance, and urges the government to officially announce the reasons for the suspension of withdrawals, how to resolve the problems caused by the prolonged suspension of withdrawals, and the exact schedule of the opening.

2. PlusToken Platform (head office)

Since users are losing their own lives due to financial and mental distress, they take the gravity of the issue seriously and demand immediate normalization of PlusToken and retrieval of entrusted assets from users.

3. User's Union is

In the future, the distinction between ordinary users and managers among Flustock users in Korea is clarified, and if PlusToken is not opened as soon as possible, the administrator warns that it will be subject to strict legal punishment under the South Korean law on relations.

Among those subject to punishment, those who actively cooperate to secure rights and assets of users will be excluded from the punishment.

- General user: 1 star, 2 star

- Manager: 3 Star to 5 Star

4. The User Alliance

An emergency committee will be set up to collect complaints and petitions that have already been filed, and proceed quickly to ensure that the assets are secured in a stable manner.

5. User's Union is

It will not recognize the representation of the famous Korean community after this time, and will announce that the Korea PlusToken User Union is the only representative organization of users in Korea.

Therefore, the PlusToken Platform (head office) calls for immediate communication with the User Alliance.

6. User Union is

It calls for an immediate meeting with the CEO of the Republic of Korea to prevent confusion caused by unclear information and to accurately identify and deal with the reality.

7. User's Union:

We sincerely hope that the PlusToken Platform (head office) has been working on the normal opening of PlusToken, and that it will officially announce in one voice an explanation of why it has kept users suffering from financial and mental pain waiting for the past four months without a single entry and a definite date for the re-open.

大韩民国PlusToken使用者为解决PlusToken禁止出纳事件,在韩国PlusToken使用者联盟(以下简称Plustoken)下成立了Plustok。

1. PlusToken Platform(本公司)是

我们要求与用户联盟密切沟通,并敦促官方公布有关禁出境事件的原因,禁出境长期存在的问题解决方案以及准确的开放日程等。

2. PlusToken Platform(本公司)是

用户因金钱,精神上的极度痛苦而自杀的事件时有发生,我们对此深感关切,要求立即恢复正常PlusToken及用户托管资产。

3. 用户联盟是:

今后,韩国国内的"plustoken"用户中,将明确区分普通用户和管理者,如果PlusToken不能尽快开放,管理人员将根据大韩民国的相关法令成为受到法律严惩的对象。

在处罚对象中,积极协助确保用户权益及资产的人将被排除在处罚对象之外。

- 普通用户:1 Star, 2 Star

- 管理员:3 Star ~ 5 Star

4. 用户联盟是:

将成立紧急对策委员会,收集已经进行的起诉事件及请愿书,并迅速进行,以便接受大韩民国司法部(检察)的严肃调查,同时确保资产的稳定。

5. 用户联盟是:

在此时间之后,我们将不会承认有名无实的韩国社区的代表性,我们将公布大韩民国PlusToken用户联盟是韩国唯一用户的代表机构。

因此,PlusToken Platform(总部)呼吁立即与用户联盟进行沟通。

6. 用户联盟是:

为了防止不明确的信息引起的混乱,为了正确地掌握现实及应对,要求立即与韩国代表事业者进行面谈。

7. 用户联盟是:

PlusToken Platform(本公司)真诚地希望,它能为PlusToken的正常开放做出努力,并且在过去4个月里,向那些在金钱和精神上饱受痛苦的用户表明。
